Agali ( Iranian Country cake By pearly )

AGALI ( Iranian Country CAke)


Eggs - 6 nos

All purpose flour- 11/4 cup

Sugar-1 cup

Rose Water- 1 tb spoon

Baking Powder- 1 tsp

Milk powder- 1tsp

Oil- 1/2 cup

cardamom powder and saffron- for flavour


Mix well 6 eggs in a mixer, add sugar and mix it again till it becomes like cream. Then, add to it cardamom, rose water, saffron and oil and mix well. Sieve the flour, baking powder and milk powder. Add to the mixture and mix it with a fork. Take a pyrex spread oil and then sprinkle flour on it. Then put the mixture and keep it in a preheated oven for 10 min on high and 25 min on slim flame.
