2 Big Onions roughly chopped
4 tsp tamarind paste
3 Dry Red Chillies
4 Dry Red Kashmiri Chillies
salt to taste
Put all of the above in the blender and run blender for a minute
Voila, your chutney is ready!
Goes great with Biryani's, pulav rice or just anything!
