I followed the recipe, but 20 minutes after adding the onions to the pan(the recipe says 10 minutes), the onions still weren't browning in the oven. I gave up and transferred the whole dish to a pan on the stovetop - which seemed to cook everything nicely. I note that the man in the video cooks this dish in a pan on the stovetop (other than the roasting of the eggplant, of course).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
